P.R.E.S.I Pathways to Resource Efficiency in Santa Cruz Industries represented an international collaboration between Danish stakeholders specializing in Industrial Symbiosis and Brazilian counterparts in Rio de Janeiro.
Purpose
Its goal was to conduct a technical screening to evaluate the potential for establishing more resource-efficient industries, thereby
reducing the environmental footprint. Scheduled for May 2024, this screening aims to be completed by late June 2024. It will serve as a
roadmap for Clean to select companies to engage with during industry visits in November 2024,
aligning with a larger conference leading up to Rio’s hosting of the G20 in 2024.
