Join us for this year’s circular celebration when LOOP Forum welcomes you for the fifth year in a row!

Now you have the chance to be part of LOOP Forum 2026, when this year’s most important event in circular economy, waste, and resources takes place on April 28 and 29, 2026, at Lokomotivværkstedet in Copenhagen.

Clean gives you the opportunity to showcase your solutions, meet potential customers, partners, and investors—and become part of the network that is driving the green transition forward.
LOOP Forum is a B2B event where the entire ecosystem comes together to show the way for circularity in practice.
In 2026, Clean will once again participate as a partner. We want to bring together a strong field of companies representing the most innovative circular solutions – and you can be one of them!

What do you gain from participating?

  • Visibility to decision-makers, municipalities, and investors
  • Networking across industries and value chains
  • Access to talks, debates, and workshops on green innovation
  • Exposure through Clean’s communication and marketing

Time & Place

LOOP Forum will take place on April 28 and 29, 2026, in Copenhagen at Lokomotivværkstedet.

Would you like to showcase your solution?

Together with Clean, you can exhibit at this year’s most important event for circular transition and demonstrate how your company translates sustainable ambitions into concrete solutions.

At Clean’s joint stand, you will meet decision-makers, customers, investors, and partners from across the Nordic region – and become part of the network that is driving green development forward.

To ensure that we showcase the most circular solutions and members at LOOP Forum, we review all applications and select companies to be awarded a stand.

The stand will be approximately 1.5 x 2 m, featuring a café table, power, and a poster showcasing your solutions.

Economy

It costs DKK 20,000 to exhibit at LOOP Forum through Clean.
As a company, you can apply for a subsidy of DKK 26,000.

As participation in LOOP Forum is part of Clean’s activities under the grant from the Danish Business Promotion Board, the subsidy of DKK 26,000 will be registered as de minimis aid of DKK 30,000 for your company.

By mid-February, you’ll know if you’re among the selected companies.

Reach out to Natasia or Henrik to learn more.

Cleans activities at LOOP Forum are co-financed by the European Union, Enterprise Development Denmark, and the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science.

*De Minimis Declaration: The activity is co-financed by Business Development Denmark, and the value is estimated at DKK 30,000. A company in Denmark can receive state aid of up to EUR 300,000 (approx. DKK 2.2 million) over three years. The amount will therefore be included in your state aid for 2025-2026-2027, so you will need to sign a De Minimis declaration if you are one of the selected companies.
